Enjoy a magical day with White Hare Distillery, discovering the abundance of wild botanicals available in the local area. You will be be greeted on arrival with a Bucks Fizz before heading out with our experienced foraging expert to pick your very own botanicals, barks, herbs and more. Returning to the distillery, you’ll begin distilling your very own gin from scratch using your foraged flora. Following a break for lunch (platters all round!), there will be a gin tasting session to experience five of our personal favourites. We’ll round of the day bottling and labelling your 50cl gin, followed by a refreshing White Hare G&T.

Each session is limited to just 10 people – please ensure you pick the correct Sunday from the available list (October 4/11/18/25).
