The White Hare Distillery takes pride of place in the heart of Usk, South Wales
He worked for the famous Plymouth Gin before coming back in Wales to open a few bars, and finally settle with his family in Usk after buying The Mad Platter Microbar & Kitchen. His passion & knowledge for gin led him to launch White Hare gin in October 2018 (inspired by his favourite animal, and artwork he saw by Katie Hough). White Hare gin is a London dry style gin with locally foraged pine, rosemary and pink grapefruit as well as four other botanicals. Having sold over 400 bottles to locals exclusively via social media he decided to establish a presence on the high street and open his dream venue, the White Hare Distillery.
